The Board of Directors of the Small and Medium Enterprises Bank held its third meeting, chaired by His Excellency Mr. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, Chairman of the Board, with the participation of Their Excellencies and esteemed board members, and in the presence of the CEO, Mr. Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Rashid.

The meeting reviewed the bank’s financial performance and discussed ways to improve operations and continue progressing toward the bank’s strategic future goals, all aimed at reinforcing the bank’s role in supporting and empowering SME growth and financial sustainability.

Board members emphasized the importance of ongoing coordination with relevant stakeholders and developing financial tools and services in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030
